We cultivate vines on over 6 hectares in the commune of Beaumont en Véron. The slopes consist of clayey-limestone soil. They produce highly quaffable wines for keeping. We blend several small parcels of vines to produce the Beaumont vintage. We vinify the fine Picasses parcel separately: one of the finest terroirs in Beaumont.

- 50-year-old vines.
- Clayey-limestone soil on the Beaumont slopes.
- Manual harvesting in 10-kilo crates.
- Yield: 25hl/hectare.
- Vinified and aged in wooden vats and barrels.
- Bottled with collage, but without filtration in September 2006.
